Prodesign Plus, L.L.C. provides Community Development Consultant Services to various local municipalities to administer their Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Programs funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.  These municipalities currently include Butler Township, the Borough of Minersville, and Wayne Township in Schuylkill County.  Our firm works with the local municipalities to prepare their CDBG Program application, perform income surveys as required, attend public hearings, perform the required Environmental Review Records, and administer the funding for the projects through the local municipalitity.  The work also includes development request for proposals for design services to complete projects as well as employee interviews through construction of various projects.  All funding for the actual project is geared to benefit low and moderate income persons.
