Prodesign Plus, L.L.C. writes a variety of grant applications ranging from projects funded under the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources through Land and Water Conservation Funds and the Community Conservation Partnership Program.  Projects have included Master Site Plan studies for small park and recreation areas to Tot-Lots and middle age group recreation areas and on to off-road vehicular parks.  Facility improvements include picnic shelters, play equipment for various age groups, tennis courts, basketball courts, softball and baseball fields and associated uses.  Prodesign Plus, P.C. has also prepared design plans and details as well as project manuals containing contract documents, applicable wage rates, and technical specifications.
