Interstate Reality Management Group retained the services of Prodesign Plus, P.C. to prepare bid drawings and specifications for the removal and replacement of existing curbs, sidewalks, paving, storm drainage, and exterior lighting at the Elderly Housing Project located in Hazle Township, Luzerne county, PA.  A storage facility was also constructed to house materials for snow removal from the site.  Design drawings includes existing conditions, demolition drawings, and site development drawings including erosion and sediment control plans, post-construction storm water management plans, and storm water calculations.  All improvements made were designed to make the project site more accessible for the elderly and handicap residents.
