MBC Development retained our firm to prepare plans for the subdivision of the St. Jude Polymer property.  Then, on the subdivided property our firm prepared site design plans for a building with the intended tenant as Fastenal.  Site grading/land development plans and storm water management plans were submitted and approved by the West Mahanoy Township Supervisors.  Erosion and sediment control plans were approved by the Schuylkill County Conservation District.  An NPDES Permit was prepared and also approved by the Schuylkill County Conservation District.  The final plans showed the proposed building, 4,537 square feet, and an office, 1,125 square feet, bituminous paved parking area and driveway, loading dock and storm water detention for the site.
