Prodesign Plus, L.L.C. is currently the grant consultant for the Borough of Gilberton.  We are currently administering the Gilberton Borough Housing Rehabilitation Program for qualified homeowners.

The requirements to qualify for the Gilberton Borough Housing Rehabilitation Program include but are not limited to the following:

• You must be a resident of Gilberton Borough, Schuylkill County.
• You must have a property deed.
• The home being rehabilitated must be your primary residence.
• The taxes for the property must be paid up to date.
• You must have fire insurance on the property.  If the home is located in the floodplain you must also have flood insurance on the property.
• You must meet the income limits as required by HUD (Housing and Urban Development).
• All Township bills/fees must be paid up to date.
