Prodesign Plus, P.C. provides Housing Rehabilitation grant administrative services to various local municipalities that currently include Butler Township, the Borough of Gilberton, the Borough of Girardville, Kline Township and Wayne Township in Schuylkill County. Our firm has prepared Community Development Block Grant applications as well as HOME applications for housing rehabilitation work for each of the above municipalities. The Department of Community and Economic Development funded each municipality with varying monetary amounts to assist low and moderate income homeowners. The firm works with the municipalities to administer the funds to qualified homeowners to perform housing rehabilitation work. The work includes roof, window and siding replacement, bathroom renovation work, electrical work and other safety work to bring the home up to minimum Housing Rehabilitation Standards. The work also includes lead safe work practices in homes containing lead based paint.
