Prodesign Plus, P.C. was to complete a design plan for the proposed Lavelle Amvets Memorial.  The design was to incorporate the new Monument, dedicated to all Lavelle Area Veterans, a sitting area and a lighted flagpole.   The Monument was placed at the entrance to the Lavelle Recreation Area, also designed by Prodesign Plus, P.C.
