In June of 2003, Yudacot Properties retained our firm to complete a property survey for the Mountain Valley Golf Course. Our firm completed the property survey and provided technical descriptions for the Golf Course Properties. The Oak Golf Course is approximately 95 acres of the 789.947 acre Mountain Valley Golf Course. Site design began with Ault, Clark & Associates, Ltd., Golf Course Architects. Ault, Clark & Associates provided the layout of the Nine Hole Addition providing the placement of the tees, greens, sand pits, and holes. Prodesign Plus, P.C. designed the erosion and sediment control plans and post-construction storm water management plans for the Oak Course in accordance with Ault, Clark & Associates' layout.
