Prodesign Plus, L.L.C. provided grant administrative services to various local municipalities for sanitary sewer lateral connection projects.  Our firm prepared the application for funding and upon funding approval by the Department of Community and Economic Development, assisted the municipalities to administer the programs to connect the homes to the main sanitary sewer system.  Municipalities served include the Boroughs of Gilberton, Girardville and McAdoo, and the Townships of Delano, Kline, Wayne, and West Mahanoy in Schuylkill County.  Our firm also assisted Banks Township in Carbon County with a similar sanitary sewer lateral connection project.  All programs assisted low and moderate income households.  The Department of Community and Economic Development funded each municipality with varying monetary amounts to assist low and moderate income homeowners.  Our work further included homeowner income qualification, specification writing, project bids, award of contract, and final inspection of each project.
