In January of 1995, Prodesign Plus, P.C. entered into an agreement with the Tamaqua Industrial Development Enterprises (TIDE) for the preparation of preliminary and final site grading and land development plans, storm water management calculations, and a national pollutant discharge elimination system (NPDES) permit for the construction of a new 40,000 square foot building to be located in the Tidewood East Industrial Park, Tamaqua.  This would be occupied by Transwestern Polymers, Inc. of California.  The project included rail access from the existing main line operated by the C & S Railroad. Design work on the project was completed and approved by the local governing authorities in July of 1995. Construction of the building started shortly thereafter and was completed in the Fall of 1996.

In October of 1998, The Quandel Group, Inc. retained our services to prepare site development plans for a 40,000 square foot expansion to the Transwestern Polymers Building. All design work was completed and submitted to the local approving agencies in February of 1999. Construction began shortly thereafter and was completed by the end of the year. The work included an additional parking area, office space, and extension of the existing rail siding.
