Mr. Kenneth Wagner and his wife Dolores Wagner retained Prodesign Plus, P.C. to complete site grading/land development plans for a proposed industrial building, located in the Frackville Industrial Park.  John X. Cherko completed a survey of the project site property.  Our firm utilized this survey information to then complete the erosion and sediment control plan for the project.  Our firm provided site construction details with all development plans.  Conceptual design plans, driveway centerline profiles and the intended use for the industrial lot were just some of the supporting documents our firm provided for submittal and approval of the project development.
